At El Taller, we do not offer à la carte options, nor do we provide a vegetarian or vegan menu. Our entire culinary proposal is based exclusively on our tasting menus.

Our menus may contain various allergens. Although some can be omitted, the combination of multiple allergies (for example, gluten + lactose) may limit the feasibility of the service. For this reason, it is essential to contact us by email before booking to confirm feasibility.

Menus and prices may vary depending on the seasonality of the ingredients. We kindly recommend reviewing them a few days before your visit to ensure they remain to your liking.

We do not issue gift vouchers nor do we accept advance payments.

Cancellation policy: cancellations or re-confirmations must be managed at least 24 hours in advance, through the link you will receive 48 hours before the reservation. A penalty of €90 per guest will apply, also applicable to re-confirmed reservations in case of no-show.
