Sacramento Hernández
I completed a Vocational Degree in Bakery and Pastry, and another in Cooking and Gastronomy, both at IES María Pérez Trujillo. I worked in a traditional pastry shop and, after finishing my internship at El Taller, I joined the team, where I remain today.
Seeing how much people look forward to coming to the restaurant motivates me to give 100% in everything we do.
I’m hardworking, demanding with myself, helpful, and eager to learn something new every day. I enjoy joking around, and outside of cooking, I love sports.
